A message from Chair, Sue Tumelty:
Are you considering becoming your own boss, with all the self fulfilment (and, yes, challenges) that it brings.
At The HR Dept, we can provide you with the opportunity to do just that - but with lots of support - with our business opportunity. We have helped over 60 HR professionals across the UK and in Ireland - who'd previously held jobs as HR Directors or Managers - start their own businesses already (many of whom now have their own teams too). So if you are a motivated, CIPD qualified HR professional looking for a new exciting business challenge, please get in touch.
Please take a look at what some of our current Licensees say about working with The HR Dept and see if you think the benefits they have gained could work for you too.
So do you have what it takes to run your own HR business? If so, make sure you come along to one of our Discovery Days.
